S P J Simmonds Consulting Ltd is a multi disciplined consultancy that was set up in December 2010 by the current managing director Steven Simmonds.  The managing director has been practicing within the building surveying profession and architectural design sector since 2004.

Steven Simmonds has built up an extensive client list, undertaking work for various clients, ranging from private individual clients to national house builders, developers, solicitors, education authorities, other professionals and many more.

The company specialises in undertaking building surveys on residential properties, with the managing director carrying out over 250 surveys on residential dwellings of all types and sizes.

S P J Simmonds Consulting Ltd are partnered with the LABC (Local Authority Building Control) through the LABC partner authority scheme, which provides a consistent process with one point of contact. 

The practice carries full Professional Indemnity Insurance and full Public Liability Insurance.
